How to use it

  1. 1. Sit upright, feet flat, screen at arm's length.
  2. 2. Breathe through the nose, low into the belly, no strain.
  3. 3. Follow the ring: expanding means inhale, shrinking means exhale.
  4. 4. If holding feels uncomfortable, set both holds to zero and just pace the breath.

Two to five minutes is the useful dose before a decision. Longer sessions are fine but repeatability beats duration. The practice explained →

About this tool

How long should a session be?
Two to five minutes is enough to be useful as a state change. Longer is fine but the point is repeatability — a practice you actually do before decisions beats a perfect one you skip.
Is breathwork a treatment for anxiety?
No. Slow-paced breathing is studied as a self-regulation practice and many people find it calming, but this is not a medical intervention and nothing here replaces professional care.
